The 1994 Collection
46 mainline numbered collections were released in 1994 returning to the original style of release structure before 1991. This grouping is termed the standard mainline since no bonus vehicles were included. Interesting notes about this series include the variations to #5 X-Rays Collection (various colors for the vehicles as depicted), and the addition of Biker Mice from Mars Collection #46 which appears to be very rare numbered since this collections typically not numbered on the packaging. Approximately 4 to 5 Pre-production packaging of collections #43, #44, and #45 heat-sealed on 1993 Monster Truck cards are known. Only Canadian sets and sets originating in Italy with the ususual addition of hanzi characters on the card are known for the standard mainline release.

1994 Super Pack and Power Pack Collections
Different vehicle configurations of the Super Pack are known, but the setup is similar including figures, vehicles, and 3 bonus Color Changer vehicles. Power Packs were the promotional multi-pack option in 1994 including a Star Wars or Star Trek set as well as 2 other standard mainline sets. A Hot Deal multi-pack was also available in the UK containing three random collections.

1994 Hot Deal Collections
35 Collections were released as Hot Deal bonus sets. The bonus vehicles were unique to these sets making them popular and competitive for collectors. Foreign collections from the UK, Australia, Spain, Italy, and France are shown here. Three pre-production collections #2, #12, and #25 include the signed aesthetic sample labels with incorrect card and/or insert details making some very unusual combinations. Note: Collections #18 and #19 were not included in this series.

1994 Color Changers Bonus Collections
Various collections were chosen as a promotional bonus offer in 1994 to include popular color changer vehicles. While a few French/German 4-vehicle packs are known with only color changers, the series was generally not released except as bonus vehicles on 1994 packs. An incredible number of color changer vehicles are known, and many not found in these sets are found loose below in the following section. Of particular note is the extremely rare Mercedes 450SLC color changer only released in a small number of collection #34 sets (Steel Wheels Collection). To date, only 3 are known and the collection shown here is the only known sealed example. The pre-production fixed color purple version is in the following section for reference as well. 2 error sets are shown at the bottom: 1 missing a color change bonus car on the left and the other set has a color changer repeated on the same set.

1994 Color Changers Vehicles - Loose
These are the loose color changer vehicles not found in the sealed sets above. Some have minor differences like simple headlight colors while some are very dramatic or even castings never found sealed like the Land Rover or Jaguar E-type. Regardless, this shows the magnitude of vehicles out there from this series.

1994 TV Shows and Comics Collections
Biker Mice from Mars, Spiderman and X-Men, and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers were released this year. Various multi-packs and a second release are known for the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series, but with personal interest, these were not pursued for the collection. Spiderman Collection #1 on an X-Men card error is an interesting set that gives Marvel collectors a pause.
