1994 Military Collections
Seventeen collections were released in 1994, but sub-separated into 3 types called Terror Troops, Freedom Force, and Military Troops. An Action Pack consisting of various vehicles from the other collections was introduced as well as a promotional offer of 50 collector cards celebrating various vehicles. A signed sample of the Action Pack as a preproduction is included here as well which was obtained from China.

1995 Military Collections
The Military line was expanded to 21 different collections for 1995 with similar sub-separation as in 1994. An very rare hidden variation to collection #6 is known where the F-18 Hornet Blue Angels are numbered 2, 4, and 6 instead of 1, 3, and 5 as is typically found. Two Action Packs with repeated vehicles from the series were released this year shown below. A preproduction signed sample of Action Pack II found in China is shown as well. An Italian example of a collection is shown for reference. An unmarked box with various sealed vehicles from this series was likely a mail-away catalog item, but is unknown where it originates.

1996 Military Collections
Similar to 1995, 21 collections were released in 1996 as well. The same sub-separation is present of types for this year too as the prior 2 years. An Italian example is included below for reference. Two different Action Packs were released again also with repeated vehicles from the series. (Note: Action Pack I below includes 1997 vehicles which indicates this was likely a preproduction pack as using previous year cards was typical for this. Unfortunately, there is no known example of a 1996 Action Pack I sealed, but the contents are found on the back Action Pack II.) Single-packs of vehicles were introduced this year that also included two troop figures which were presumably sold at smaller retailers and dollar stores. These may have been introduced in 1995 since the pre-production samples shown below are on 1995 cards. The pre-production cards are heat sealed on hand-numbered white blister inserts.
